About the Project
GxBAR is one of Warsaw's most recognized beauty salon brands, operating 5 flagship locations across the city. As a major player in the Polish beauty market, GxBAR serves thousands of clients monthly with premium beauty and grooming services.
Our goal was to build a high-performance lead generation system from scratch using Meta advertising, cover the full inbound lead pipeline, and drive a measurable increase in new customers across all five Warsaw locations.
Our Approach
- Launched targeted Meta advertising campaigns focused on Warsaw audiences interested in beauty, grooming, and self-care services.
- Tested mini-product launches and seasonal offers to warm up the audience before the main service push — significantly increasing intent quality.
- Built and optimized the full conversion funnel: ad → landing page → lead form → booking → visit.
- Scaled daily ad spend from initial test budgets up to full capacity without losing conversion quality or inflating cost per lead.
- Continuously iterated on creatives, audiences, and landing page copy based on real-time performance data from Meta Ads Manager.
- Coordinated a team of 12 specialists working alongside 3 client-side coordinators to ensure seamless campaign execution and rapid creative turnaround.
Results
- Covered the full lead income pipeline for all 5 Warsaw locations within a few months of launch.
- Customer base increased by 25% across GxBAR's Warsaw locations.
- $3,613.12 total ad spend generating 586,810 impressions and 4,305 link clicks.
- Average CPC: $0.84 — with top-performing campaigns achieving $0.22 CPC.

- Instagram engagement campaigns achieved cost per interaction as low as $0.17–$0.18.
